I've only seen a little bit of Froch, some of his fight against Pascal and his fight against a polish journeymen, and from what I've seen Froch doesnt have near the jab of a pavlik and where Froch struggled to take out guys who were there to be taken out, I see Pavlik stopping fighters like that no problem. So I'd give Pavlik the edge in power and technical ability. Which could mean all the difference against a guy like Taylor.

Froch better improve his defense. Taylor is a seasoned fighter and he could use those defense holes better than Pascal.

Froch chats some ****! Pascal as limited as he is won 4 or 5 of the early rounds, That's hardly been in control form round 1 through 12.
Kessler would not only KO Froch he'd probally decapitate the diluded ****.

I heard Froch enlisted Pascal to help train him through the last few weeks, Is there any truth to this?

I actually think that Froch is more active than Pavlik but Froch's chin is untested against the elites in his division. If it's good enough, I favor him to win against Taylor.

Yes. I don't know what Froch comes into the ring weighing these days, but he'll be giving up two inches of reach, and one inch of height to Jermain Taylor, who will in some areas, if not overall, be the bigger man, as well as the likely faster man, and possibly harder hitting man, or not. We'll see. This isn't Jean Pascal.

I'm SO looking forward to this fight: i'm a brit so I want Froch to win, but I love Taylor so i'd love him to win also.

What's more is this fight is just so many ifs but and maybes; is Taylor hungry/hungrier than Froch? will Taylor fade as the fight progresses? is Taylors skill, ability and experience too much for Froch? Is Frochs fabled durability based only on his lower level competition or is he the real deal?

The list goes on! part of me says Froch late KO as Taylor fades, but if Taylors been pumping that jab and the right straight all night then i'm not sure I can see Froch in any state to put the needed pressure on. So I guess I say Taylor UD.

Bit more on topic: I do enjoy Frochs banter and drive: he's really not afraid to put himself out there and test himself, we'll see on Saturday if it's all talk, or if he's really has got the goods.

I'll remember this one. At the highest level, nobody is able to do that. There is one exception in the SMW and his name is not Carl Froch but Librado Andrade. And I'm not sure he is human.
