Yeah, it's not a fight I have even considered but if Froch does win then facing Pavlik would make sense...and a damn good scrap too.

I think Jack Dempsey would have had a slight chance of winning a punch exchange with Carl.

This is Jermain's fight to win or lose. A good performance from JT and a win by Froch are mutually exclusive ideas. Jermain has faced many different styles at the highest levels of the sport. It's Froch who doesn't bring anything special to the ring. Anything he has, Jermain has already seen. He has an olympic bronze medal, two wins over BHop, a fight with Winky, and was the first man in history to force Pavlik to fight 12 hard rounds. By comparison Froch is a green propsepct.

I want to see Froch-Andrade then, just to see Froch proven wrong.

Sure, if Taylor sits and trades with Froch, Froch might knock Taylor out. I hope that's not his game plan though. Even Jermain Taylor isn't that stupid.

ithink and hope that Jermaine Taylor, can use his skills to win this.Froch has an absolutely bad defence,i think Froch will get caught in about round 6-8.
If Froch wins, then i will learne some more about him.But i realle don´t like his behavier.
He KEEPS teeling the world how great he is,so we must see...

Some good fighting talk from Froch. JT is quicker and has faced better opposition but I see Froch sparking him.

To be fair he seems to be going on more about how over-rated taylor is than how great he is.

    :rofl:patsch

This guy Froch has not fought anyone worth a crap and his Chin is yet to be tested yet he is talking like he has an Iron Chin.:rofl:patsch

As I have said before I am not very high on Jermain Taylor but I would not be shocked if Froch gets brutally KOed and early in the fight.

Froch is slow and clumsy. Jermain needs to blister and move, keep Froch swinging at the places he used to be. Later on, when JT's stamina issues could cause problems, fire off 2-3 punch combos, clinch, force a break, and do it again. Wash, rinse, repeat. That might not make the most exciting fight ever, but it's like Nazim Richardson said; you don't have to fight the way people want you to. What you have to do is win.

exactly. if taylor catches froch (which i suspect he will) with any of those big 1-2's, i expect to see froch stunned at the least. taylor had lacy stunned/hurt on several occasions in their fight with straight rights. im going with a taylor UD but i think he has a pretty damn good chance at knocking the basically defense-less froch out. i dont care how much the guy says he can take anyone's punch and how tough he thinks he is. all he really is at this point is a self-proclaimed badass.
