I've totally changed my opinion on this fight so many times its not even funny. Honestly, taylor has the ability to make this look like Margarito Mosely. Being able to take a punch is not an out of this world talent that makes you a world beater. And time and time again any fighter that has been propped up with this being one of his best attributes has gotten his ass kicked and KTFOed by a fighter whose hype is routed in the fact that he has skills.

If taylor wants to make this fight easy all he as to do is stand infront of this guy, hit him with abunch of semi hard blinding combos, tie him up when he gets close, and then four or five times a round unload with the hardest punch he has. The fight is that simple. But the problem is that Jermaine has never been one to put your faith in. And he has too many bad habbits and not enough ring intelligence to have faith in the guy being able to excecute a game plan that requires a lot of mental strength and concentration.

But then there is Carl Froch. Who at times pretty much looks like the worst fighter I've ever seen. His fans say that this is just his tricky method of boxing. He showed Okay ability against Pascal. He might prove to be able to be affective against a known world class opponent but to be honest I can't see it in his game or at least I haven't seen it against lesser opponents. So I'm almost left with no choice but to assume its not there.

Taylor by onesided UD in a pretty bad beat down.

Freddy Has a point. There were a few rounds in that fight that Pascal caught him hard and had him in deep **** but there was less then 20 secs left in the round so he couldn't finish him.

This happened in the 5th and I think it was the 8th where he really had him ****ed.

I mean obviously Pascal was the closer fighter to being KTFOed in that fight. I was a great ****ing fight.

Pavlik either overrated his chin or underrated Taylor's power in the first fight and almost paid for it in the second round. Froch would be foolish to do the same, no matter what he thinks his chin is made of. In boxing, a well placed punch or three can surprise anyone.

Given that the difference in over all reach is greater than the difference in chest size, Taylor looks to have an arm length advantage. The fact that JT has both a speed and an arm length advantage does not bode well for the garter snake . . . . . whoops, I meant cobra.

Maybe Froch will rethink these statements.

Froch looked 1-2" taller in the ring. Boxing stats are mainly made up.

Winky has been 5'9, 5'10', 5'101/2, 5'11 and back to 5'10. This sort of thing pisses me off, can it be that difficult to these things right?

Do you suppose Taylor's hunkering stance had anything to do with that?

Go ahead and notify Boxrec, The Ring, and BOXING MONTHLY they ****ed up.

Well, Froch can be knocked down.

He also has the heart of a lion, that was an incredible comeback KO victory.

When they faced in each other in the center of the ring...

Yep, great source. Same site that thinks George Foreman grew an inch in his 40's and somhow made his arms longer.

ps, San Rafael, no offense, and I know you're a prolific poster, but do you realize you seem to be wrong about almost everything? :huh I mean, you went on and on about how Taylor was clearly a taller, bigger man - then they actually fight, and anyone with eyes can tell Froch is taller, but you carry on stubbornly. Its no big deal, you were wrong about this, move on. pps, I thought Taylor would box Frochs head off and maybe stop him, I was wrong, nobody cares...
