I think it's more to do with Frank W's recent attacks on Froch and his promoter.

Yeah it's basically impossible for guys from Matchroom and Wank to duck each other at this point. The Froch-Clev situation also doesn't parallel Calzaghe-Froch since in the latter the two first fought at the same weight class and Froch was subsequently willing to move up for Joe. I haven't seen similar concessions made by Cleverly in this case, just entitlement.

 

Yeah, it's still funny though. Regardless, Froch doesn't respect Cleverly and understandably so.
