Calzaghe won the fight but it was VERY close at the end, easily his closest fight but many forget to point out that Calzaghe broke his hand halfway throught the fight that night. I've watched it lots of times and I always have Calxaghe winning it by 1 round.
This is immaterial...we all know Joe is better than Reid...questions was how close it was and whether Reid deserved to lose... I guess he would have, by your account, by 1...still Joe should have offered him a rematch...
