Froch injured, no fight with Abraham

...Can't wait for the cruiserweight tourney.

 

Could it be cos the froch fight is not gonna be for the title and if he loses it sets him back post tournament? I think he was under the impression that his fight would be for the title but its the ward Dirrell fight that's for the belt! Oh well.

 

Is it a David Haye type back injury which usually occurs 2-3 weeks before a scheduled fight?

I don't see how somebody getting injured makes the super six (as somebody so eloquently put it) "super ****". At least there's come comfort that this is a real excuse and the prospect of the fight won't drag on for years..
