I wouldn't mind the Millenium Stadium too but that'd never happen.

 

yeah I personally think they couldn't fill the Millenium stadium involving Froch, plus he ain't world champion anymore.

There is a great wee indoor football stadium at Baerum in Norway, the Telenor Arena can hold 15,000 for football games, so you could easily get 20,000 in it for a boxing event.

There is the Amsterdam Arena also which could be a sell out considering Germany is right next door to Holland

This fight only really sells in the UK or Germany. After a lot of huff and puff from both sides it'll end up in one of the two countries.

 

Some of you lads are talking as though Froch suffered a schooling, its just not true, at the end of the day there was the odd round in it (the randomness of the judges cards show how tight the fight was). The point that some are trying to make is that given that Kessler is slightly on the slide he performed to the best of his ability on saturday whereas Froch underperformed...a rematch would not see the same outcome, Froch wouldn't (hopefully) make the same mistakes as he did and Kessler isn't able to up his game.

 

Maybe Froch is on the slide and can't up his game either.....;O)

 

If this is anywhere but the UK this proves just how poor Mick is as a promoter by having it in the UK its only standing his ground on what has already been decided. If saureland starts shouting about getting it over there and gets his way it shows how little sway Mick has in the boxing world. There is no way that that Warren would let them get away with this type of thing

 

So you're saying Froch lost to a Kessler on the slide? You are probably right and its not a good thing.

He wasn't good enough and so he lost. Like every other guy thats lost a close but clear fight in the past.

Ireland sounds good. If its anywhere on the continent Id still consider it more on Abrahams turf. But over in America it would get a low crowd.

I don't think so, he was just way too wary of Kesslers reputation...if he had charged him at the opening bell like he did Pascal we would be looking at a different result IMO
