Froch is a delusional Idiot... Just needed to say this after watching this vid

he's ranked 1st contender because he has the IBF and he's undefeated. Looking at his record compared to other guys, I understand why that doesn't matter to ward. Financial rewards matter but not when talking about the credibility of the fighter in the ring. also, taking his 0 will bring ward a decent climb in rankings but it would take an even bigger climb after, and if, bute were to beat at least one elite super middleweight.

 

Anthony Dirrell is definitely worthy of a shot at the S6 champ. Ward vs The Dog, in Oakland.

 

It doesn't matter the reason for which Bute is ranked no. 1 contender. It may well be a huge mistake that the media is making. After Ward beats Bute the same magazines that made those shitty rankings will elevate Ward. Beating no 1 contender can put Ward in a top 4 p4p ranking. Do you agree? No one else, except maybe BHop or Dawson can do that. If Ward intends to fight them next than congratulations! We have a champion that wants to fight the best available.
Bute has credibility. It's not on me or you to establish that. According to the media and boxing professionals he has credibility.
I agree with your last point but the thing is Ward risks that someone else will take Bute's 0. If he let Bute fight Kessler or Froch, knowing that Bute is a bum, he might lose that and a future bout between them will make no sense. Am I right?
