My sister mentioned the fight to me today she was out at a party and all the lads their were watching the fight, Now these lads never watch boxing probably haven't since Haye but the one thing they all said was what an arrogant wanker Froch was, People may respect Carl Froch but very few like him and with good reason he is so full of himself he seems to think he is Lennox Lewis or Joe Calzaghe when in reality he was schooled by Ward and lucky to beat Dirrell. Good fighter **** of a guy.

 

I think his self confidence, which stumbles over the line into arrogance, is part of his winning mentality.

It's not really charming but I got more agitated by Groves and his trashtalk.

 

I had a similar thing. My cousin (female) said she was cringing at the way Froch speaks about himself.
If you talk about how great you are, you come across as an arrogant dick, even if what you are saying is true. You should leave it up to other people to say how great you are.
