you don't get it do you?super 6 is gone in a few weeks and froch may end the tournament with a BIG fail - loose to kessler and ward,the only 2 A fighters in the tournament.he didn't exactly shine with B+ level fighters either,so in a couple of months the roll may be reverse,the man is preparing his ground for a fight in montreal or for a well deserved duck.what's the point in beating up ward if you loose to bute 5 month later.and spare me with the warrior philosophy crap.

Hermit : I agree with you, if Froch loses to Ward, his only option for a title at 168 is Bute, unless he wants to wait for Kessler in august/september.. He could go to 175, but the only guy who he's sure that will want to fight with is Pascal, and he isn't champion anymore.

yes you can rate them, in my opinion its ward, froch then bute. kessler needs to get back in the ring before hes back in the picture. can make a case for ward being #1 easily and i dont even like him, bute probably is more talented than froch but he has done it against lesser compilation (never mind thats all thats left bs that is who he has faced)

i did not say them, i ment bute. i agree that those 3 have to be faced by bute and thats all i ask. now that being said, how did you rate these same fighter before the s6?

 

Im a big fan of Froch but he does talk some ****. Ward on the other hand I like listening to.

 

It's important to make a few distinctions. Is Johnson "good", yeah he's pretty good, and I respect him and his career. That being said, he's old, and he's not anywhere near as good as he was. He's certianly not someone to measure "elite" fighters by, he's a a good filler fight, someone to sandwich between "great fights". If Bute was trying to be viewed as a "good" fighter, then sure Johnson is fine, but when trying to be viewed as Elite...he leaves some to be desired.

 

Within a year, Ward could have one incredible resume andstill be only 27.

I think he beats both Froch and Bute.

He will then have literally cleaned out the entire division.

Kessler,Froch,Bute, not many guys have that impressive a record around. Could probably start looking at taking on 175 after that. Maybe Dawson or Pascal will be undisputed by then.
