Froch needs to realise he has a big fight Saturday and focusing on other people is no good.

Everyday there's something new, today how he would have easily knocked Calzaghe out and it would not have made him a star cus Calzaghe is a fraud.

Khan comes across as a genuine nice guy, not the smartest but no arrogance or big-time attitude. Froch is the opposite - pretty clever by boxing standards but also fairly big-headed and not shy about having a go at other fighters. Sometimes its funny, sometimes it comes off as being bitter. I'd say they are both fairly charismatic in different ways.

He calls a spade a spade when it suits him, you cant say primetime is the best place to see his fight etc, and then moan and ***** about others being on SBO or ITV.

I love him as much as any British boxer, and i think he's the first one since Benn who's gone and knocked out a champ in thier own backyeard, but he's one negative ****.

Had Khan or Haye said half the **** he's said about his fellow boxers, they'd be relegated to the free papers. He's right up there with Audley and Witter when it comes to bollocks coming out of his mouth.
