    You had it 115-113 by 1 round for the draw...yet most here think 118-110 or 117-111 was minimum!

    He was! It was clear to see. Then he didn't step in which just meant it was bad refereeing. It looked like he didn't call it because he didn't want to get in the middle of the two.

    Yes, that's exactly what happened. I think the ferocity of the action was what stopped him stepping in so close to the end.
