    "Pavlik fans" :rofl:rofl:patsch

Worst nuthuggers of the world. They were quite quiet the last couple of months but now that Pavlik has won against the great Jaco & Sigmon they somehow feel they gained the right to come and run their mouths a little bit again. Pretty funny clowns.

man. i remember that fight like it was yesterday.

JT was going in on Froch and i thought he was going to knock him out. i knew he was little past prime but i was praying that he wouldnt fade like he usually does, but he did.

anyway, i had him winning comfortably before the KO. but Froch is a bad ass dude.

    Froch fans always in denial.

they sweep the Direll fight under the rugg as if it wasnt very close.

and wont aknowledge the fact that JT was giving him hell until the KO.

You can make the argument that Taylor was winning all the rounds. The second half was a bit more competitive until you know what happen in the last 30 seconds of the fight.

Taylor was ahead no doubt but there's no way was it a dominant shut out before the knock out like some claim.

    Anyway - Froch W TKO 12

    The rest is irrelevant.

Hang on Cellz, I've just skimmed the thread but I think you'll find most Froch fans admitting that the fight was very competitive and that JT was leading going into the last round.

Anyone that says Taylor didn't give Froch a VERY hard fight is either - trolling, kidding themselves or they haven't actually seen the fight but can't help throwing their 2 cents in.

As for Dirrell I can't be bothered to hear everyone argue over that again but maybe we'll see them fight again and it'll remove all doubt for everyone either way.

scores at the time of the stoppage were 106-102 for Taylor on two scorecards and 106-102 for Froch on the third

Froch started slow and JT made him look awful in the early rounds but even after the KD never went for the kill he was worried about the pace of the fight even then. Froch wasnt badly hurt and landed decent shorts towards the end of the round. It was a competative fight but the the longer it went the more sucess Froch had

Froch TKO 12 for the win

The current version of Pavlik would get his arse kicked by Froch.
He didnt look impressive against Lopez awful in fact and even against Sigmon he was there to be hit if a club fighter can land easily on him n an elite level fighter is gunna find a home for something big - i know thats never been hard but we dont know if his chin will hold up after his battle with alcohol - just look at hatton (other factors involved as well i know)

    - Kellys got a good chin usually but he needs to improve fast if hes gunna compete at the top again.I think it says alot about his team that they are taking baby steps the Jedi guy who was pub level, sigmon who is nothing special and now another lower tier fighter by the looks of it. THe one thing in Pavliks favour tho - is he looks huge at 168

    ......

if taylor had survived the round and it was a 10-7 round for froch. I believe Froch would have won on points.

Taylor won more rounds but it was competetive.

it says more about taylor then froch , taylor dropped froch in i think the 3rd or 4th and gassed like always and lost if he had a good gas tank he would have beat froch with no problems
