I think Froch probably has better loses than Calzaghe.

 

The only thing Froch has in comparison with Calzaghe is that he got Lacy'd.

 

Froch has only beaten one fighter who wasnt way past his best who has really done something at SMW and thats Bute. Reid was well past his best when Froch fought him. You could add Magee for Froch also as he won a title, but if you do that you could add Veit to Calzaghe who had a better resume and won a title.
Calzaghe beat several fighters who did something at SMW who werent well past their best in Eubank, Reid, Woodhall, Brewer, Mitchell, Lacy, Kessler,

Calzaghe beat 15 fighters out of 22 SMW fights that were or became top 10 SMWs. Thats more SMW fights than Froch has had.
Also the form line for Froch doesnt look great when you consider that old past best boiled down Johnson who had lost more than won at SMW took Froch to a SD, when Calzaghe beat Sheika coming off a win over prime Johnson

 

Calzaghe would of made Froch look sluggish.

I would love it love it if Kessler knocked this bitter **** out. Bodyshots would be my preference, let the **** wheeze and struggle to get up. Have won 1500 rom Froch in his alst two fights and I still hate him

 

Deep down Calzaghe will always know he could have fought better opposition, it will eat away at him despite the unbeaten record.

When Froch beats Kessler his stock will be at an all time high, the perception amongst the casuals will change especially with the Sky hype machine behind him.

It does my head in how Froch moans about Calzaghe supposedly not having the bollox to fight him. Who was Froch in 2007/08 before he won the title? Joe quite rightly wanted to have the biggest fights possible because he was getting on and had wasted too long fighting no-marks.

It's like if Degale or Groves called Froch a shithouse now for wanting to fight Kessler and Ward over them. Who are they outside of the UK? Nobodies. Which is what Froch was when he was calling out Calzaghe.

He needs to get over Joe not fighting him.

Funny... Clazaghe fans big up the Hopkins victory based on what he achieved later on in his career.

By that token, they should surley dismiss the Lacy victory because he did **** all after.... (Obviously they don't)

I've said this before but both are jealous of each other..

Clazaghe gets a lot of attention/props from the casuals & mainstream which Froch hates..

Froch gets a lot of respect from the hardcore element... Something Calzaghe hates. (everytime Froch does something good inside the ring, it makes Joe look bad)

Joe was the better boxer.. Froch has the better record.
