HE went over to America and was outboxed, floored and then grinded Taylor down and knocked him out at the 12th and final round.

i cannot wait until the next fight and think that if Hatton and Haye lose and Froch continues to win in style and on ITV he can be big as anyone this country produced. Honesty is a virtue that he possess and that combined with the fact that all his fights are toe to toe knockout fests will put bums on seats for sure.

Whatever corn he earned last night was simply a bonus - the guy could have fought bums in notts until he was 35 and retired rich and famous but he took the fighter on who was regarded as the top boy in the division since mikkel disappeared off fighting bums. And left the result in no doubt, by knockout.

    respect !

There's no way he'll get as big as Haye or Hatton as he has the personality of a steaming turd.

Beating a guy like Taylor, in the US, after only 24 fights should be commended. It really does show up some of the WBO/WBU tripe we have been served up over the last ten years or so. It harks of Nigel Benn etc...

Well Hatton/Pac next week, i'm not sure if I can take anymore exitement... that last round of done me in.... :D

Two amazing fights in a row. ITV are ****s for not showing it live. Fight wasn't at 4.30 either so more people would have watched. Hopefully mainstream fans watch it tonight.
