Great news - ain't it bizarre that the lest exciting fight Froch has had for ages seems to have brought him the best chance of getting decent coverage.

The reason why Carl Froch is gaining support, is because allot of people within boxing.

Thought he was going to lose, and get sparked out.

Yeah, and also because Froch proved that when the chips are down he can up his game, box and be disciplined.

They must have cut some sort of deal with Primetime in order to show these highlights.

Froch isn't as unknown to the general public as we think. Let's hope he drops Fat Mick.

Depends. Just cos Primetime broadcast the fight live probably doesn't mean they own the rights to the fight.

They also showed the Klitschko-Briggs highlights on ringside and that was live on primetime too.

Its very possible they could get the Froch deal all wrapped up tomorrow when he has his meeting with them, who knows could of been done today for all we know. Clearest sign yet though that he will be on Sky.

    This!

Dunno why it took Froch shutting out AA for it to happen. Should have been picked up near the pascal fight!

Adam Smith is very passionate about boxing. It was sad the way some people picked up on every small thing, like the way he interviews people, the way he looks at David Haye etc. Forget that. He loves the sport.

:huh The way most boxers become greatly respected is because they take on big challenges.

I like Smith, he seems to genuinely like the sport. He needs to show more bite like he did when interviewing Booth on ringside after the H-H farce, thats what fans want in terms of questioning, and not some yes man who nods his head in agreement with what a guest is saying even though he truly might be talking shite.
