kessler as had an offer for ages and i rekon it was better than what froch took going to denmark imo kessler knows froch will shorten his carrer quite considerably

 

If this fight isn't made Hearn has serious questions to answer.

Seriously though, Kessler is the draw financially - he can fight anyone in Denmark and make good money. So, if Eddie can't compensate him accordingly to come to Nottingham, then it just won't happen.

Froch won't want to travel again, since he wants home advantage in what will likely be another close fight.

I wouldn't blame either side if it doesn't come off.

I think Hearn assumed Kessler would fight Carl for peanuts.. When he saw Mikkel's pay packet he **** himself and it slowed down negotiations when he realised how much he really earns.

 

Both tweeted they expect long nights, seems the fight on theory is agreed. Just th minor details to sort

 

Minor details don't take all night. Trying to convince someone of something might.

Depends on the details. Some of these things can be essential - right of veto on the referee, judges, etc. Ring times, costs, split of TV money, etc.
