Bute can't even win with some of his own people. Going by the avy, are you Fred Swim on rds.ca talkbacks? (re: maxthewhite's post) Y'en a partout des losers comme ca, les Canadiens ont leur part de critiques bornés aussi. Bute generates a lot of money and finally wants to take the show on the road for big fights that would compare to fighting (whoever) in Montreal revenue wise. Since Froch is hinting at moving to the US, we're looking at MSG, AC, LV... I'm sure Carl would/will do everything in his power to up the media exposure via some more trash talk. And that's good for everyone, if you ask me. :hey
I have gained respect for BUTES skill set. But This fight is a big ? mark for me. Ive said before Bute beats Froch by a CLOSE UD. I have also said Froch KO's BUTE Late because of his relentless attack and toughness. Now i couldnt pick a winner. I guess I have to see how FROCH looks against WARD which I Think Ward wins a UN-IMPRESSIVE UD.
He didn't lose both fights... for the record. Froch has good options available to him win or lose against Ward. He doesn't need Bute, Bute needs Froch more than vice versa. Froch can easily go back to he UK and have atleast one BIG domestic fight, the likes of Cleverly,Groves and Degale have been mention as future Froch opponents, all would be big draws here, in the meantime Bute can fight some more bums.
Hey c'était bon sérieux, je l'ai lu au complet!!!! L'optique du gars à qui tu répondais me fait penser à certains journalistes (JdeMtl?) qui posent parfois des questions pièges à Bute en entrevue. ...is Froch a Bute hater? ...and fight for what? Get some domestic lvl belt after being on top of the world?!??? GTFOH. :rofl If Froch goes to LHW, he'll want Pascal or BHop. He's said that before. I recall Froch being friends with one of Degale/Groves. Very unlikely he gets in their business... at Euro lvl, he'd prolly chase a Kessler fight in the UK. Good luck with that.
For the record, I read your post too fast. I thought you were saying Froch had won both fights. My apologies. Both fights were close indeed. Also for the record, you are right on Froch having good opportunities even if he loses the super 6. I think he is very ambitious though and I would be surprised if he'd turn down a good offer to fight Bute. It's a chance to get a good payday and a belt.
Butes time will come, but nobody should expect Froch to jump straight to Bute from the super 6 no matter if he wins or loses.
Im not saying he wont fight him straight after or w/e. Im just saying nobody should call him a ducker if his first fight after aint Bute. Hes had a tough streak or opponents + also probably wants to fight at home again for the fans.
He wouldn't have to trashtalk to do that. He earned the right to choose his next opponent. That's why I think he's preparing for a fight against Bute but hey! I'm just guessing.
