Well he seems upset for no reason tbh. I mean it's a buisness and I don't think they mean anything personal by it. He's just imagining things.
The article suggests Froch is so angry he's losing sleep over it. I'm calling bull****.I suspect he takes a wry satisfaction from it.
I was wondering why Froch didn't have them sparring him, actually. I seriously doubt it's because they want him to lose so bad that they're willing to fly to another country to spar...my guess is he didn't make an offer, or it was a shitty offer, or their respective camps know that sparring Froch will prepare you for one thing: fighting Froch. The experience wouldn't translate to fighting other fighters.
Doesn't froch know Kessler is half English. Did he also forget he is of polish/Jewish heritage himself? Ain't non more "foreigner" more than him (in comparison to kessler) if we look at indigenous heritage to the British Isles. He should just understand people will work for and support who they want.
Same loyalty he use to show "fellow Brit" khan? Earlier? Or was he also what he a accussed groves/cleverly of "bitter and jealous" he can't have his cake and eat it
Loyalty to what exactly, boxing is not a team game and they owe Froch absolutely nothing. It would be fair enough if boxing was the type of sport in which Cleverly, Groves and Froch could never fight because they are all British but it isnt. Boxing is an individual sport where any fighter can meet in the ring within reason. Groves and Cleverly have no more allegiance to Froch than they do to Kessler or any other fighter in the sport for that matter. I was going to state my disbelief that Froch has moaned about something so menial and trivial, but honestly im shocked when anything other than bitching and moaning comes out of that mans mouth, his recent article in a British newspaper summed it up really as it was just Froch spouting excuse after excuse as to why he wasnt good enough to beat Kessler the first time round. I love the guys attitude towards fighting everybody but it would be noce if he could show just a splash of class every so often, instead of being a bitter ****.
Pro sports is business.. Both Groves and Cleverly needs to live off fighting, so collecting some sparring-money and experience against a world class boxer in Kessler, is certainly not anything you can blame them for.
