He thinks he can increase his historical standing as a fighter by belittling and talking down other fights, but in reality it just makes him look really bad. Pathetic really.

Well point 3 is true, Wlad could have been put off by Fury's antics, he doesn't actually say he faked an injury, Ward has beat better guys than GGG so that is a perfectly reasonable statement also.

How do we know this? Sanders could have said the same about Wlad. It took 10 years to find out if it was correct or not. The jury is still out on Bute.

He's always been such a humble, soft spoken and courteous young man; don't know what's gotten into him since he retired. Taking vocal lessons from his GF, perhaps?

I think a lot of people don't get Froch. He has always been very dry in the way he says things. He no doubt thinks he is being hilarious but, to those listening and not tuned in to Froch's sense of humour (and even to some that usually are), he just sounds plain arrogant.

That's not to say that he doesn't come out with some drivel, at times - But then, I rarely agree with everything any given commentator has to say, anyway - no matter how good they are generally.

I don't think Froch is going to change. He sees himself as having earned the right to give it some swagger. But, like any commentator, you can take what they have to say or leave it.
