Right, I know this to some will seem idiotic but seeing the back & forth this week has me wondering if there's any chance at all Froch v Ward 2 could ever be done? Seeing the pure arrogance of Froch it's hard to believe the unavenged defeat must niggle at an international superstar. Thinking out loud here before anyone thinks I'm a lunatic

Froch is indeed a complete egomaniac but i don't see it happening he got a nose job and i don't think he'd want it ruined eating Wards shots all night, i think we shall just have to stick it out listening to him giving out 10-10 rounds as if they were confetti.

He's made his fortune, cemented his legacy and just bought a nice new nose (as you do). No reason to come back unless he's greedy or been stupid with his money.

No chance Carl won't fight again and even if he did he would fight in the UK and Ward never left his back garden

Won't happen. If Ward comes back he should fight Callum Smith at 175ib as with the money he could get of DAZN and Sky Sports Box Office he would no doubt make a career hugh payday.

Waste of time coming back for Ward, he will get schooled.

Not sure how Froch would do at light heavy.

    He is best staying retired.

He must know it’s highly likely he would lose again. That’s probably why he holds such a grudge, carl knows he couldn’t do what he wanted in there so comes out with the ward spoiling excuse. At one point he even said he wouldn’t fight ward again due to his boring tactics. Sour grapes, he doesn’t really acknowledge the loss, or the one to Kessler. In a hilaruos documentary designed to suck up to froch he doesnt even acknowledge ward at all, like the fight never happened, and basically said he didn’t lose to Kessler because he won the rematch :risas3:

How old is Froch :nonono.. Won't be coming back for anyone. Would be to far gone now. Best thing he can do is enjoy his wealth.

Every unfortunate soul who stumbles across this cluster**** of an OP will be instantly and irrevocably cognitively degenerated for the rest of their days.
Nothing positive can come from this thread.

Poor old Carl could have retired gracefully and been well thought of by the Boxing world.

Instead he took Eddies gold coins and became a walking meme and laughing stock for all who are subjected to his thoughts.

Wouldn't mind seeing him getting a one sided beating again though.

He's been retired for near enough 5 years now (how time flies) if he was gonna make a comeback I think it would've happened by now, and with the new nose, him getting back in the ring was always unlikely.
