Oh my god. Froch was fairly beaten in a great fight. He lost 8-4 on my card, but the rounds were often close.

You would have to have given Carl the benefit of every doubt to have him winning.

No Kessler was controlling the pace by outworking Froch, Froch was controlling the ring and Kessler's strategy and was leading Kessler onto punches. Just because Kessler threw more dosent make him the winner. And stop suggesting I was on drugs, as I was not.

Ring Generalship is a valid method of scoring, it shows the better 'boxer' IMO

Greg, most people have Kessler winning. Just because you and a couple of others don't doesn't mean theres any need for "justice" mate.

117-111 was fair in my opinion.

    Wow partisan audience tonight.

The truth is, they both had their moments, both got wobbled, both landed telling shots.

One thing I noticed is that Kessler seemed to move out of the toe to toe exchanges before Froch did, but then he's get straight back to work.

The hard shots seemed to be landed in volume by kessler but harder by Froch.

    The right guy won.

P.S I'm English, and live 1/2 an hour up the the road from Froch.

Must be a joke thread

Kessler won fair - in a good solid fight. Mad respect to both of them.

Gaz, there was a massive injustice done tonight, a robbery of bad porportions. A man lost his title and arguably a place in the enxt round of the tourny.

This fight wasn't a robbery just like it wasn't a robbery in Nottingham cause Dirrell should have done more instead of trying to steal the belt by taking no chances.
Froch is a puncher and he lost to a good boxer not a big deal. He just isn't that good.

If you score it over hard landing punches and effective aggression then you'll continue to come up with cards like you have tonight. You're way off on this one Bud.
