155 isn't middle weight. If you restrict your opponent from making the MW limit , then it is not a middle weight fight.

He won the WBO 154 strap at 154 , therefore he is a junior middle weight.

It wasn't right for Calzaghe to say he'd still beat Ward and Froch right then - if he said that - if he weren't willing to prove it. That's my opinion and if you want to disagree and say retired fighters are fine to declare that they'd still beat everyone whilst not fighting that's yours.

A guy who weighs 156 lbs is a middleweight.

Froch don't need any media attention. He has a high profile job on Sky Sports. GGG keeps haranguing him , not the other way around.

You don't get it hombre. A fight between two guys weighing over 154 but less than 160 is between two middleweight regardless of whether or not it's at catchweight of 155, 156 or any other weight. If it's within those limits it's a middleweight fight.
