At this point Golovkin carves him a new face, much less flattering than his current configuration. Froch should have taken the offer years ago if he was serious about GGG. But imho he has never been serious about him. Not even at 172.

 

Ward, Chavez Jr, Froch could all have fought GGG above 160, but they lost their pens, were too busy curling their hair, getting new noses etc etc. 168 appears to be a joke, when a widdle 160 "joke" guy makes them run for the hills.

does anyone remember the poll Froch put out on social media of who to fight next and GGG won..........yet no fight materialised and he retired? Carl is f*cking deluded if he thinks he could out fight GGG, Froch is one of the worst skilled champions of this generation, tough as nails and brave as f*ck but nowhere near the level of GGG as a fighter and has never fought someone remotely close to his style! Froch got dropped by a Groves right hand that was thrown from roughly a foot away from his face and look how long it took him to recover! GGG would assault this guy relentlessly after hurting him early, Froch doesn't know how to fight on the back foot so would have no choice but to stand and trade.....suicide! styles make fights, Froch's style would pose little threat to GGG unless the fight went past 8 (which is doubtful even more at 40 yrs old)

Eddie Hearn is as they'd agreed on 168..... only Froch seems to have heard 166, amazingly the other day he was claiming that they only wanted the fight after he'd retired.
