itv are pathetic. they should have bought the fight and put numerous previews on itv1 for about 2 or 3 weeks leading up to the fight. Give people a reason to think 'wow, we have an undefeated champion who is taking over from joe calzaghe. his last fight was a war, he has power, he's fighting a top american'. all that sort of **** that gets people talking. market the damn thing. whenever something is marketed it gets people talking. look at when haye fought macca, numerous mainstream fans came up to me asking about it.

I reckon ITV might like show the fight a week later(or something like that) if Froch can win.

They're probably still interested in showing him, but not willing to pay for these early hour American fights until he's a bigger name.
They'd have shown this if it was in the UK I reckon.

    ITV:patsch

Froch deserves better than this, Going to the states to fight one of their top guys and not one TV company will pick up the fight. I would have even been happy with a delayed coverage Sunday morning job like the old days on ITV.

Somebody has ****ed him over this either Hennessy or the TV people, Can't figure out who's to blame yet, but C'mon It's the WBC Super Middleweight Title against Top Class opposition, It's a Massive fight!

you think they are checking the interest in the fight before putting a bid in, or is that just wishful thinking on my part?

I think we should just leave it be resigned to the fact that this is a huge **** up, if we want to watch it now we just gonna have to buy it on net, or watch it, by other means(!!). But I've completly forgotten whos on the undercard, I remember it was a one to watch, can someone give a list of who is on it please, cheers (except Tyson Fury I think everyone and their mum knows when Tyson Fury is fighting!).
