In terms of physical toughness, Pascal is absolutely the toughest fighter he's faced. Not even a contest. I'm not sure how this is even a debate. He didn't say toughest fight, or most difficult to beat.

Froch beat Dirrell by any yardstick. He clearly made the fight, went forward and landed more. Notwithstanding the old addage that you don't steal a WBC title by running like a *****. I think Dirrell will get seriously hurt the next time he gets in with Froch or Abraham. I don't think now they know him he can run for another 12 without getting roughed up.

 

I like Dirrell, but he has to be prepared to get into a few wars if he wants to be regarded as one of the best. Running backwards, frequent hugging, complaining to the referee and hitting the odd nice shot ain't gonna cut it I'am afraid.

 

Pascal was easily the 'toughest' fight which is what he was asked.

 

Dirrell is a good fighter (maybe one day he will prove to be a great one) but he is not a tough boxer.

It is pretty damn obvious why Froch is gonna say Pascal - they had an absolute war, Taylor wilted and got KO'ed and Dirrell tried to steal the fight by running 75% of the time.

LOL @ the people who are trying to say Froch is wrong - it is his opinon and he can't be wrong about that.

 

LOL, just goes to prove this so-called elite fighter has not really fought anyone. Soon it will be replaced with a new answer; Andre Ward. He'll tell you as soon as he wakes up following the fight.
