when you're talking about something entirely subjective like "people don't want to watch ward"...

it would help if people actually wanted to watch you...

he's 34...about to turn 35...ward is 28...if ward keeps on winning he'll have much bigger following than froch does now.

i like froch as a boxer but he doesn't think about what he says.

Good point, kind sir! I forgot about his hand injury, which was 100% legit.

I doubt it. . . Froch just didn't have hte following, because his promotor, and lack of exposure. . Unless Ward fights like he did against Kessler for the first 4-6 rounds, he will never get past a popular regional draw (like he is now). . .

I bet Froch will have 15k plus in attendnace for his fight. . . I don't see Ward reaching that level (unless, like I said, he adjsuts his style.)

I like the move to 175, since Saurland couldn't get him any fights @168 (<-this topic is also a debate that has been discussed alot here).
But it will all depend on his performance against Green, if Kessler doesn't look good against him then he should retire, but i have feeling that Saurland would cash out on him, even if he looks medicore against Green.
If Kessler looks anywhere close to what he was in 04-07, then he should be able to beat Cloud and Pascal by wide UD.

At the end of the day Ward can't fill his living room when he fights. :hi:

I completely agree. A healthy Kessler is by far too strong for Pascal and Cloud. I fear we won't ever see him in his best form again though.

    You don't seem to either..

Bottom line is no one is clamouring to see andre ward.. He struggles for exposure in his own country, is not an exciting fighter or person.

Froch claims ward is a great fighter but just boring.. what is wrong with this opinion when it is possibly shared by the majority of fight fans throughout the world? He gives him credit where credit is due and talls the ruth about the negative aspects of wards style.. again the truth

Ward's fight against Froch was exciting. Sounds like sour grapes to me.
