Froch to beat Abraham quite easily!!!

I think this will be a major factor in this fight, and I think the ref will play a very important role.

If Abraham starts looking at the ref and faffs around with his shorts, I can see Froch taking full advantage and cracking him with a free shot.

I'm convinced that this fight will involve some major kind of controversy...

 

Hopefully froch wins.

I love watching abraham, but i'd love it if froch gave him an epic beating.

 

Just to add that i am massively looking forwards to this , i can't see it not decending into a war at times. i like both fighters but don't watch either for their technique!

 

AA KO's Froch, or Froch gets a points win...

 

I think Froch should take it on points but I wonder if all these hard wars he's had will start to have an impact. He was tiring in the later rounds against Kessler and he was supposed to be in the shape of his life. I think it's either Froch on points or Abraham stops him late when Froch has not got much left.

Don't recall Froch being a particularly hard or committed body-puncher. It is one of the ways to hurt Abraham (and I expect Ward to use that technique if they face-off) but it opens opponents up to the left hook or a straight right when they throw.

Unless Carl brings his hands up he will get hurt by Abraham. We've never seen Abraham buzzed, even with a broken jaw from a hard puncher in Miranda. So I'm unsure what Froch can do to dominate him 'easily'. He'd need to use the jab, keep moving, go to the body and throw 50 punches a round to keep the Armenian on the defensive.

Carl doesn't fight like that though, he fights in spurts using his spearing jab to score points. Abraham can find the gaps in there - he's got good timing, he transitions between defence and offence very quickly, and he uses his feet to get angles.

I see this as a very close fight with some brutal exchanges. Froch wastes shots at times, but Abraham wastes very little. The big question is whether either guy has learnt anything from their losses.

Dirrel set out the template on how to beat ArthurAbraham. If Froch can follow that game plan thenhe wins easy. However he is not as quick or as elusive. I think he will want to trade with AA at some point, that could be his down fall.

Froch wins the early rounds - mainly because AA loves giving them away, FRoch will get dropped a couple of times late on and it goes to a razor tight decision which can go either way. Will be a good fight. Ill lean towards Carl for now. Froch SD.

 

You suggest Froch should get on his bike , and slip from time to time when cornered ?
