Agreed, no chance of the johnson fight being PPV because of haye-klit, 100% wouldn't be PPV anyway, not enough casuals interested, should be on SS1 to build a little bit of a fan base, get him on soccer am before the johnson fight, and have a fairly big build up of the fight on sky sports news, no doubt the fight will do decent numbers, especially when they repeat it the next day, defo will be a foty candidate which should leave the casual fans wanting more, building up to the final against ward.:good

Spot on, easily done and long-term gain for Froch to maximise his well-earned retirement fund. Play up Froch and Haye's friendship to introduce him to Sky viewers and pray to god for a highlight reel KO of Johnson :happy

Froch must be sick that now, of all times, he has to fight someone who isn't a big name or a name to attract alot of attention. If he was fighting Abraham, Kessler, Ward, Taylor, Bute etc then his next fight would no doubt be picked up. But no, at the most opportune time to take Khan's slot, he's fighting the frickin 'Road Warrior'.

The whole idea of a subscription channel having fights on ppv is wrong.Sky should not be allowed to do it.

I don't think it will affect Froch being on sky or not, I just don't think sky are interested in showing a state side PPV unless it's tagged on a UK card like Warren's.

If either if fighting in the UK and the opponent/undercard are strong enough then I'm sure sky will pick it up as a PPV fight.

I think Froch would take a fight on sky rather than primetime at this stage of his career and I expect the Johnson fight to be on there too.
