I've always liked Carl Froch. I always rooted for him.

But I think Carl Froch is going to stop attending Hall of Fame events when he's older because Tyson Fury is going to be there heckling him until their dying days.

If you win the Ring World Heavyweight Title, it's difficult to stay out of the Hall of Fame. If you win it twice, you're basically handed the keys.

I think Leon Spinks is the only World champion in the last 90 years who hasn't even made it on the ballot.

Fury would have to go on a Leon Spinks-like tailspin to finish his career to not get in. (And maybe he will.)

    But it isn't likely.

"Ortiz will beat Wilder, he's levels above the dosser"

    *Ortiz loses*

    "Ortiz sucks, blah blah blah"

    "Helenius will beat Wilder"

    *Helenius gets KO'd in 1*

"Uh, I guess Helenius might have taken a dive?"

    Prat.

If we are rating h2h that lists probably off
Hrgovic and Zhang would probably be ahead of Ortiz and Haye. Maybe Bakole as well.
Chagaev and Chambers seem like better wins than Whyte

Hrgovic, Zhang, and Bakole are 2020s.

    2010s
    Wlad
    Vitali
    Haye
    Povetkin
    Chagaev
    Pulev
    Fury
    Helenius
    Adamek
    Stiverne
    Wilder
    Arreola
    Glazkov
    Ortiz
    Joshua
    Parker
    Ruiz Jr
    Whyte

There are 17 names there excluding Fury.
He fought 2 of them during the 2010 decade (Wlad and Wilder). Maybe Chisora at a push...

    Froch is right about Fury

They didn't land big fights in the 2010s but I doubt they improved ability wise. They simply had to wait to get opportunities because they were being ducked. Hrgovic and Zhang were probably in better shape physically so potentially better than their more recent selves.
