davehornermisc.blogspot.co.uk/2012/05/froch-vs-bute-preview.html My prediction and preview article in on there. Would appreciate any feedback as well, only started writing again recently so I'm pretty rusty.
Bute is better than Ward and Ward is better than Froch . Why Ward ducked Bute an accepted less dangerous opponents ? The easy money and the IBF title are not good for Ward , when he fight with a "noname" like Bute ? I think Ward is scarred by Bute's liver extraction body shots .
You messed my head up the other day mister!:fireHow can I be at war thinking of you with your boy, enjoying the boxing?:huh:good You bring nothing but blind fanboy drivel to the table Archie. Why not try and get involved in a real discussion without trolling?
Bute UD putting £35 on it later with £5 on a very longshot stoppage. But even more importantly, absolutely everything of my vcash.
Something tells me Bute's shaky chin will be the deciding factor here. I suspect he will hit the canvas often, and get laid out pretty badly eventually.
I got a Brian McKenna on a stoppage in each;11 and 12. A £40 single on Carl to win. And of course,£2 on Carl to stop Bute in the first(or sooner:hey)66/1
who the **** is Brian Mckenna? ****. I've been away from ESB for a month and my boxing knowledge goes down the ****. I hardly ever have not even heard a fighters name before, I feel exposed.
I think the Froch of 08/09 would beat this version (or any version) of Bute, but I fear Carl has been too brave for his own good in refusing to ever have an easier, tune-up fight, and is now a bit worn down by all the tough battles. Froch is the anti-Calzaghe. And Bute will capitalize by winning by late TKO or on points. I hope I'm wrong though, I have great respect for Froch and would love to see him win here. PS: Ward utterly dominates Bute.
Froch can edge it - I truly believe he will rise to the occassion for this and box smart with pressure.
I hope he throws a lot of jabs coming in... Froch that is. And then.. BOOM... liver shot.. From Bute that is.
About your P.S., we need Ward and Bute to fight to know if the first will utterly dominate the ladder. I personnally think that Ward would struggle against a fast and powerful southpaw like Bute. Gis usual tricks would not work and he would be punished for his lack of power.
Bute to be exposed. Just kidding. I don't think Bute stops Froch, but does win an obvious UD. He has to be careful in Nottingham though, he needs to make a statement tonight. Good luck to him even though I want Froch to win (fairly!).
