When he was on his 10 year undefeated streak.

Joe's last two opponents had a combined age of nearly 100!

Joe, for all his time as a Pro Boxer, NEVER fought a "who's who" of his division.

Lacy, Kessler and Hopkins were all supposedly "The man" in the weight divisions when he beat them.

That Hopkins fight is arguably a draw.

Kessler had a strong showing against Joe, and with a better Boxing brain, he might of beaten him.

    Lol @ Lacy.

 But he didn't did he?

Hopkins was the man at 175 and he beat him despite whether you think it was a draw, you're in the minority.

Besides Joe, Kessler was the man at 168. He beat him.

Despite in hindsight what people think of Jeff Lacy, he was the man at 168. He beat him.

So your statement is complete bull****. Not the first bull**** post by you either.

The Hopkins fight was not a draw.

Joe swings it for me because Hopkins and prime Kessler are far superior to anything Froch has and regardless of what anyone says the 46-0 does actually mean something.
Froch is still the ****ing man though.

Kessler had a strong start against Calzaghe, but Joe pulled away clearly in the end. Last time I watched it, I scored it 118-110. From round 5 onwards, I don't think it was that competitive TBH.

    Kessler/ Lacy - Bute/Pascal

    Reid/Bika - Abraham/Johnson

    Eubank - Taylor

    Mitchell - Dirrell

How some people can say Joe is nowhere Froch is beyond me. Calzaghe still has some good fighters that are not included on the above list. Obviously it's Carl's streak of fights that influence people.

I think it's a fair comparison, all things considered. Maybe Carl's away wins help him, but the quality of 168 division achievements and abilities is at least even. If Abraham, Dirrell and Taylor can actually achieve something post-Froch things could change.

Prime Calzaghe > Old Calzaghe > Super Prime Kessler > post dodgy back shot Kessler > Froch

By the above Calzaghe's resume is unquestionably superior.

Resumes are made up of wins and loses (except Calzaghe's who has no loses).

Two years ago Sakio Bika could beat Froch.

Andre Ward is by far the best fighter in the world now.

Yet he picked up WBO/IBF/WBC/WBA/RING belts at 168:huh

Joe was the #1 guy in two divisions. Froch hasn't been #1 in one. Joe beat the best guys he faced. Froch lost to them.
