Joe says groves has a very good chance with his style, i think so too, anybody changing their minds, lot of talk about a Ko in sparring,if true why does Froch look so edgey in the face off.

I also think Groves has a decent chance at an upset. Wouldn't bet on it though.

Looks like it, as he's also been saying he wants to train Nathen Claverly and get him back to the top. Must be some seriously strong stuff on sale down in the valleys at the minute.

Maybe, maybe. I think groves could pull it off , has a few ways of fighting, froch only fights one way and likes to block punches with his face.

Yeah they were shot i agree, but he was undisputed Super mid champ and had to fight his mandatory challengers, should have fought jones jnr a lot earlier. Last i checked hopkins is LHw champion so not that shot, froch long way to go, plus calzaghe threw 1000 punches a fight, and schooled left hook lacy!

'Zaggy ain't Jealous (and I do, despite the slightly naughty humour, respect Joe) but Carl has, shall we say... invited Joes irritation, historically and more recently.

I guess that's where this is comin' from.

Calzaghe would be to fast for carl , but carl has a good chin and engine but too slow, Calzaghe v Ward would be interesting fight, froch is nt beating the drum for a rematch there instead he talks of a third fight with a shot kessler, who joe also beat while kessler was a real force.

It has nothing to do jealousy. It's all to do with ego's clashing. Froch has always had a big mouth and has attacked Calzaghe numerous times in the past - as well as being delusional on his place in the history of British Boxing and boxing in general rubbing Calzaghe the wrong way - and Calzaghe in return gets very irritated by Froch and is very uncharitable in giving him dues - such as rubbishing Froch's wins over Kessler and Bute in response to Froch claiming he was the only rival to Lewis as the greatest British boxer ever. They probably respect each other on some level but their ego's are far too big for them to ever get along or even to say positive things about each other.

If Joe is indeed jealous he should have laid Froch to waste years ago. Its Frochs world now.
