    Should be a good week.

Carl Froch (along with Mcdonnell) has his open workout tomorrow in Nottingham and then it's Groves in London (along with Joshua, Degale and Mitchell) on Tuesday. Under card press conference is Wednesday (which isn't open to the public btw) Then the main press conference Thursday and obviously the weigh in on Friday.

despite the fact that there has not been one elite full-British fighter since Ken Buchanan, this is an interesting matchup

This should be a really good fight. Froch will be more prepared for the fight this time, but so will Groves......................not sure who will win the fight, so that is one reason it will be sold out. Even in America this fight will be a big one..............

A show on sky sports every night this week aswell.

I'm sure some will moan about the quantity etc however as a Boxing fan I'm just glad they are filling the schedule with Boxing shows this week. I'll enjoy it whilst it lasts.

I heard they want the weigh in at 4PM on Friday but it sounds like Groves has rejected this and wants it at 1PM.

Why did they want it at 4pm - bit strange to have it that late?

Can't blame a fighter for not wanting to be on the weight an extra 3 hours than they have too, he'll want to get food down him.

It's usually always around lunchtime is it not? Why would they want it at 4pm?

Guessing they might think GG may not make weight which lessens the time between losing it and fight night or gives him less time to pack some back on?

PS Froch looks like he made weight about 6 weeks ago - very very thin looking.

Yeah he looks like he's been on the weight for a while doesn't he.

When they had them both in on ringside a few weeks back I thought Groves looked much thicker set.

Seems to be a lot of disagreeing going on regards weigh in times and officials etc etc , all getting very tense , cant wait to get down there for this one
