Froch v Groves fight week

Does froch usually do 12 weeks or is this a first? I hope he hasn't left too much in the gym.

Groves showing top technique there, looking sharp as you said. Night and day difference between him and froch. Moves well on his feet, looks fresh on body and face.

Im liking what I see with the uppercuts and close range digs. I said a few days ago froch looks wide open to the uppercut when he bum rushes an opponent, hopefully we all see GG plant one

 

That's what I noticed too watching the vid earlier, those left hooks/uppercuts look ripe for Froch, lets hope he uses them to good effect on Saturday :good
