definitelty for 5-6 rounds yes, but in the end froch has too much will and fitness, whilst old Bernie cant badly hurt froch. froch will do a dawson during the last half of the fight, making bhop tread water to survive.

 

No win situation for Froch this fight unless he managed to stop him

 

From purely a 'legacy' perspective, the only fight out there that would enhance froch's CV would be beating Ward. All the other options don't really add a lot to his career IMO

 

If any fight other than the Chavez Jr in Vegas happens its a disgrace. Froch is a tadger but hes beat whos in front of him for years and years come through it all finished GG with a great KO telt the world and Eddie its his dream to fight in Vegas and were on about bhop and kessler or even retiring..... crazy

 

Firstly Groves aint no champ, aint even world class. Bhop is still better than him. In saying that I have thought for a couple of years now if Froch v Bhop happened between 168-172ib the Froch is the one that will retire him.

 

Groves had Froch's head spinning with his mind games, can you imagine Froch after a few months of touring with B-Hop

Froch at this point in time, in a fight at anything near 168 would beat Hopkins to a standstill.

Hopkins is an alien, but he's an alien that picks and choose's his opponents based on style and engine.

I predicted Froch would win both fights you bellend and I couldn't of cared less who would win between Froch and an unproven George Groves. Apart from the ko it wasn't like Froch was beating him to a pulp prior, it was a decent close fight up to the ending.

Froch would have to hope that he can force B-Hop to work as that would be his only hope. B-Hop would tie him up on the inside when he needed to as Froch is poor on the inside.

Hopkins would be the bigger, stronger and more skilled fighter who can still make very good fighters look ordinary. And yes he picks and chooses which fighter suits him and Froch is that fighter. Even at 50 B-Hop has still enough in the tank to beat Froch.

 

I like Froch but Hopkins would old-man him and make him look silly. If he has any sense he'll stay as far away from Hopkins as possible, being schooled by a 50 year-old Hopkins wouldn't do his legacy any good at all, there are far easier (and more financially lucrative) fights out there for Froch.
