    Exactly this.

I had the fight a draw, but Froch didn't win more than 6 rounds, while Kessler could get one of the close rounds I gave to Froch. So basically I think Kessler won a very close decision. Although I scored it even, after the fight I felt that if there was a winner, it should be Kessler, so I feel the right man won.

I must say I was pretty impressed by Kessler's determination, he fought with a 'loss is not an option' mentality tonight. Froch on the other hand actually managed to outbox the boxer in some of the middle rounds, by using his reach at the utmost, while using some nice head movement too.

Congrats to Kessler for showing a lot of heart in there proving those who doubted him wrong, and props to Froch too for giving his all yet again. Terrific fight.

PS: The 117-111 card was just preposterous. Simply unbelievable.

Froch didn't do enough to win, especially being away from home

    Dirrell will beat Kessler IMO

But a fight like tonights brings new fans to boxing, a Dirrell fight doesn't because for all his skill when he runs or as soon as he takes a big punch he holds and falls to his knees, that aint a great advert for boxing. I know boxing should be about skill but no one says " are ya wathcing the boxing match tonight ? " people say " are you watching the FIGHT tonight "

and tonight we saw a good fight

ps i think these tough long fights maybe starting to take their toll on Froch now, 3 of his last 4 ( Pascal, Taylor, Kessler ) he has taken a lot of big punches, no one can question his chin but the battles wear ya down

 I've always said that about old Froch, his style is painful to watch, but his akwardness mixed with his power, he somehow employs it well aginst good boxers.

I always say this about Froch so it's probably sounding like a broken record...but even when the man's getting outboxed, he's going to test the heart, will to fight, and conditioning of whoever his opponent is. If any of those three qualities aren't up to snuff, he's going to expose it.

As time was going on between Kessler-Ward and this, I thought there was an increasing chance that Froch would be able to expose a lack of will in Kessler and break him down mentally. That Kessler held up tells me he's not through yet, even though Mikkel's skills have visibly diminished to me since the Andrade and Calzaghe fights. Now, the will's there...but can Kessler get back to that prior form for his next bout vs Green? It's going to be interesting, but at the very least, I'm encouraged that Kessler still has fight in him. I think he really needed to prove that tonight, and he did.

That's very good point about thecurrent version of Kessler. Although he has lost something in his skill since the Calzaghe fight, he has gained something in his newfound will to win, which helps make up for anything he has lost.

Drop the **** and stop waisting your own time with lies.

MK tonight fought very strong and well - due to his strenght and skill level.
He has never been better than tonight.

Don't cheat yourself and make comparisons on MK skillset when meeting weaker
    opponents.

The mann did very well tonight, give him that - and stop the bull****.

Very good, entertaining fight. About time we got a great fight again and both fighters delivered. Trading toe-to-toe, taking risks.

Big respect to both fighters. Froch doesn't have to let his head hang down. Life goes on and he should be the favorite against Abraham IMO.

If THAT version of Kessler had met ward it would have been a totally diff fight. Credit has to be given to froch imo because AA,dirrell, green and maybe ward would have lost to either of the fighters last night. And yes Kessler deserved the decision.

It was a great fight,i was there in. It was a rough and toe to toe battle, but it was clearly Kesslers fight.
The judge who scored it 117-111 must have seen another fight... I THINK it was a close fight, but it was clear that kessler won by 2-3 rounds IMO.But IMO the best fight in the super six so far..Two great fighters who comes to fight, thats what we fightfans wants to see... NOT a dirrell who try´s to run or play dead(had to say it)..
I think kessler will win over abraham, but have some problem with dirrell.....

BUT WHAT A GREAT FIGHT LAST NIGHT.... THAT MAKES SUPER SIX GREAT TO WATCH!!

Right result, I think I had it 116-112.

Froch looked totally out of gas for the last four rounds so credit to him for not only getting through them but winning a couple and trying in the last. There's bound to be something up with that right arm though.

But Kessler was very disciplined, the body attack certainly worked and he fought like a man desperate not to retire. Which he was. Credit to him.

    Danish fans were fun too.

Very good point, I noticed Kessler had invested alot into body work, and it payed off.

Although both fighters were gassed, I thought Kess was the more gassed going into the last minute of the fight, and was smart with the holding, because even with Froch tired, the was still alot of power in his punches.
