I'd imagine Adam Booth knows Haye's plans, and I reckon Sky do too, hence the stories circulating about no more PPV's.

Even if Haye were to carry on, a Klitschko aside (which looks very unlikely), there is not a chance imo it would be on PPV. Him vs the likes of Chagaev/Povetkin/Arreola would not interest casuals and would not get many buys. So I'd very much doubt they have pulled out of PPV's on the basis of Haye retiring. It's because there are no marquee names in PPV worthy fights at the min

 

Exactly. Haye isn't going to come back for anything less than a Klitschko, and that's not happening. Haye was their only marquee name, and he's gone.
