Taylor had all the key advantages over Froch, such as boxing ability, hand speed, mobility etc. Just like Bute does.

But for me Froch won that fight mentally yesterday, and I'm wondering whether it'll be the same case here. In the back of his mind, Bute still has to be a bit troubled by how he dominated Andrade and then nearly lost it all in the final round and clung on for dear life.

Clearly, this is the big fight that the division needs before the winner gets to fight the best man out there - Kessler.

It would be silly to waste Froch on Kessler without giving Froch the chance to beat Bute first, whilst Froch is still unbeaten.

But...before Bute can fight Froch, Bute NEEDS to rematch Andrade, because it's far from obvious that Bute can beat Andrade again. Anyone who says otherwise, in my view, is looking at it through Bute-tinted glasses.

And...before Froch can beat Bute, he needs to beat another legit challenger. Then, the winner will really have made a big statement.

As things stand, with questions remaining over both Bute and Froch, the winner between these two will not be given the credit the winner could and should be given.

    So, for me:

    Bute v. Andrade

Froch v. Dirrell or Ward, or even, ideally, a Bika (Froch would be best off beating a smooth-skilled boxer, rather than an Andrade-type fighter, to rise in people's esteem)

...and only then should a unification fight take place, if they're both still unbeaten.

The winner then takes on Kessler for the Championship.

he's not troubled by it at all as he showed by tearing Zuniga a new ******* as noone has done before. Troubled is Hatton vs Lazcano.

Bute has all the advantages Taylor had over Froch + a southpaw stance. Meanwhile he has none of the disadvantages that Taylor had against Froch.

Froch's right hand is educated enough to deal with the southpaw stance in my opinon.

Froch has an advantage in the stamina department in my opinion, I also think he has heavier hands although Bute has more snap in his punches. He also has a better chin.

I think Froch would wear Bute down and stop him.

Pretty much like Andrade did :deal

In England I think Froch would be willed on to a close but clear decision or TKO.

In Canada I think Froch could snatch a very close decision or KO Bute.

I don't think that Froch will start as slowly in his next fight after learning the lessons of this fight. I thought that Froch was nicking many of the rounds with his jab, but he should've been doing a bit more and I think he will next time.
