at 168, who wins and is it a fight you would like to see ? Before anyone says it yes i know Chavez hasn't fought at 168 yet but hes a huge Middleweight and could campaign at 168 easily.

Would love this to happen next for Froch. Think it would be Bute No.2 but last more rounds.

I fancy Barkers chances so can't see Froch having any sort of problems with him

Froch. Smarter, more active and he does have a jab. Hell he might as well throw those streetfighter uppercuts as he might hit Chavez Jr with them.

It would be fun for a few rounds, but it ends painfully for Chavez jr.

Froch one sided beatdown then stoppage around 7-9
Chavez has a good chin so he will hold up for at least the first 6, but his face will be busted then the ref will eventually stop it

  8. Fancied this for a while now carls been through everyone,he is the better boxer so has to be fancied

How about cleverly though at the city ground.a big domestic fight between 2 world champs

Froch is a much better boxer as Chavez, clear UD or late TKO because jr's face is a bloody mess.
I would like to see that one.

What can Chavez do better than Froch? Not much. His main advantage, size, is null at 168. This will be a one-sided beatdown with Froch taking a massive points win.

I'd love to see Barker do it but I fear cahvez Jr weight and strenght difference will be too much for Barker. I'm expecting Top Rank to put conditions in like a small ring too.
Barker has the skill no doubt, just not the power to hurt a curiserweight on the night.

As for Froch, I think it would be fascinating because, Chavez has been too big and strong for everyone at 160 the past 18 months except Martinez who himself would give the top 168 fighters a good showing.
I think I would have Froch UD but really anything goes here:good

I would love this fight to happen its actually quite a big fight but would be a one sidedbeat down in Frochs favour. Would be over in 6 rounds.

He only fought one top, top class middleweight though. He was thoroughly dominated for 11 of the 12 rounds.

He won't be able to outbox Froch and its highly unlikely he's stops him.

Can't see anything other than an Froch win here.

Chavez Jnr is an under rated fighter and a big lad. Wouldn't be surprised if he out weighed Froch on fight night. I think this would be a great tear up with Froch coming out on top. Probably by UD.

Why underrated? For me he is the complete opposite, getting by on the basis he is usually two weight divisions bigger on the night.
