Froch vs. Direll...

    So I decided to watch through the entire match... I'm a big Froch fan. I love his attitude, style (he got a hot girlfriend, I can relate to him), etc. However, in his match against Direll, a guy I don't really care much for (because he seems like a proud American and I don't like USA), he lost... I loved watching him to suddenly switch to wrestling and his dirty punches and stuff, but he lost. Andre Direll clearly had the better combinations and Froch should get some points taken for constantly breaking the rules... However, you can still consider me a Froch fan, 'cus he really put up an awesome fight, the spirit of a true warrior who don't give a ****!

    It also made me realize that Andre Ward and Andre Direll were the best of Super Six, even better than Kessler and Froch, the two best white boxers of the century.

    Why do people hate Direll in here? He's black and he's not European? As for Froch fans, why would they betray me, I'm a fan of Froch too.

    I think apart from Dawson Dirrell is the toughest fight for Ward, id favour him to beat Ward just the fact that Dirrell will not trade at all and will be boxin off the backfoot all night

    Yup, I watched the fight live and couldnt understand how they gave it to Froch.

    In the later rounds, Dirrell was teeing off on Froch at will.

    i thought Froch won

    Dirrel was clinching like crazy and Froch was punching, it wasnt pretty but to me one guy wanted to fight and the other didnt

    Dirrel disappointingly showed the ability to beat Froch but just didnt, whether it was nerves or just experience

    at the end of the fight he finally stood his ground and put force on his punches and he was able to hurt Froch

    however losing a lot of ugly rounds and winning a couple clear rounds still equals a loss even though one guys rounds 1 were a lot more impressive

    Froch i think won by out working Dirrel and being physical

    Overrated as a robbery imo, Dirrell made Froch look awful but didn't capitalise on it enough. I think in a rematch i'd now favour Froch to win clearly too.

    Dirrell has pretty much wasted his career now too imo, 4 fights in close to 4 years is pathetic from someone who relies so much on physical ability. Shame as he seems like a decent guy.

    who cares? Its one of the worst fights I've ever seen and the only one where I can say the other guy was literally running away
