ugly fight or not. It was dirrell's fight. He kept wild man at his distance and avoided punches to him by all means. Outlanded, landed cleaner, had froch hurt and lost. No outragous robbery? you think everyone is bitching for no reason? This is not paulie vs diaz where diaz at least landed more hard shot and took a close fight. This was Str8 schooling from Dirrell. What did Froch win with????????

this guys specialty is posting up photo's because really he has no argument as to why Froch won.. aside from Dirrell clinching and running of course.. punches never get mentioned..

why do you care so much? Dirrell clearly isn't good enough to win the tournament anyway

Abraham looked pretty good and his fight with Taylor was interesting - a decent fight with a terrific ending.

Abraham isn't the most sophisticated fighter you'll see, but not amateurish. He wings too many wide punches but he's accurate, and the finisher was an excellent well-delivered punch.

Froch is extremely limited, way too easy to hit and throws ridiculous slow punches. Dirrell needs to toughen up fast or he'll be brutalized by a good fighter at this level. Both were disappointing. But the decision was just plain wrong.

and here is the key phrase in this bull**** post. not everyone has the same ****ed up opinion as you, not least the 2 judges who scored the fight for froch.
now would you please jump off of dirrells junk and into a swimming pool of aids needles. my words can't begin to explain the amount of seething disdain i feel about you now, so i will leave that in the very capable hands of the late great george carlin. now everything in the following video stands about you (from 7 seconds in) [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=it9kpZHXhxI[/ame]

p.s i hope you are terminal.

I didn't say that. Froch is tough enough, but nowhere near as skilled as kessler. So, why do you care so much?

Bc i'm a boxing fan and i don't like cheaters. Morals. something you guys probably don't understand. I waited for this tournment for a long time and I like everyone in it but now is tainted. The loser advances and the winner lost his o and no points. Not disgusting? OK:patsch

Let me preface this by sating that I was not particularly interested in this fight. I did not care who won. And, after seeing this mess of a fight, I still don't care. I agree Froch did not do much. I'm going to get some flack for this, but basically Dirrell did not look like he was in control. So it leaves an impression that he's not winning. When Dirrell would move out of the way, he makes these big sweeping retreats. He cliched a lot. He complained. The punches Dirrell landed where more pot-shots. Froch would occasionally bully Direll in the inside, and was sort of lunging after him when they were outside. Not enough to convinvce me he was winning though. Overall you got the impression that Dirrell was not in control and Forch wasn't doing anything. I only watched the fight once (and I don't care to watch that mess again), so I can't give you too many specifics, but when it was over I was not sure who won. That's the feeling I got, and that's pretty much how judges score a fight. They give it to who they feel did better in each round. It's not math, it's subjective.

Dirrel has no future in this game (as far as marketability) but he won the fight, you cant ignore solid landed punches. Both were unimpressive.

Its a case of bad beating the worse but I'm more inclined to follow Frochs career based on pure entertainment value.

As far as those who care about the decision, WHY?
