Except that when he DID have Dirrell in front of him and not holding in the early rounds and the late rounds he still didn't land ****. He put Dirrell in a corner and threw 14 unanswered punches and not a single one landed clean. He was ****ing hopeless. Dirrell's holding is the only thing that kept Froch in the fight, oddly.

Once again no one can point to anything Froch did to WIN the fight other than showing up and getting punched in the face while walking forward. Some champion.

Given that we went from 15 Dirrell-Froch threads all saying the same thing and clogging up the main page to one thread..... I'd say "yes", there was a happy ending.;)

What I know, mate, is how judges tend to score title fights. You're complaining that your man didn't win because the judges got it wrong, instead of doing the smart thing which is understanding why they scored it that way and learning the lesson.

I'll say it again......I hope to God Dirrell isn't as unwilling to learn as some of you guys or he'll be on a fast track to nowheresville.

I really don't see what all the hoopla is all about. Dirrell had great defensive skills, speed and boxing ability, but came in with the worse gameplan. Posters, maybe he felt Froch power and decided he needed to fight that way. I still think Froch should have lost a point for dirty tactics and yes that was homecooking as far as the ref not the judges. Froch was the agressor and where the judges are sitting, maybe they saw a different fight from us as far as all the missed punches. Dirrell, next time fight like your in a championship fight. He should have fought like the last two rounds here in there and he would have definitely won hands down. No robbery, but a draw could have been a right decision. Froch and AA is what I would love to see.

C'mon guys, it's boxing! I like Dirrell, but damn, that was shameful. You can't throw a punch and hold for your life. You can't hold like that and win a title, no way! Dirrell can do a lot better than that and he proved it at the end of the fight.

I cant believe that 40% of the People voted for Froch. Ive seen thousands and thousands of fights and have been a hardcore fan since i was a kid(started watching in the late 70's) and this is in my top 3 as far as robberys go. I had this fight scored 117-110 Dirrell, what fight were you 40% ers watching??

He's not my man you ****ing knob. I'm not a blind hugger like you, I enjoy good fights and don't get too attached to fighters because bias turns people into pricks like you. I was cheering for Froch if anyone. But he got severly outlanded, outfought, and lost.

You have no clue why the judges scored certain rounds the way they did. They didn't explain their thought processes to you. Again, if you can't justify the judges scores with your own sound reasoning, then you're making a blind appeal to authority. Your arguements are nonexistent.
