I've gone froch as he has the better CV, but its a real 50/50 to me.

whilst GGG has a great KO record at middleweight so did Abraham, however once he stepped up to SMW, his ko rate dropped significantly

froch has a 3 or 4 inch reach and height advantage too, and a far better chin than anyone GGG has faced.

So I'm guessing you're willing to admit Froch has only stopped glass then since you've refused to answer the question 3 times. No way a man in his mid 40's has a better chin than a guy that has never been fazed by a shot. Pascal, Kessler and Abraham don't have better chins than him either though they have good ones. Murray was clearly robbed by Martinez , I had him winning a close one against Strum though enough for it to be called a robbery in my books.
Anyways back to the original topic. No way Froch stops GGG, nothing he's done in the past supports this theory. GGG on the other hand has stopped multiple guys that have never been stopped before. Are they as granite chinned as Froch? No, but they're also not as willing to trade as Froch especially when they get hurt.

Abraham was a big puncher at MW but I don't ever recall hearing loads of his sparring partners, opponents, or people who've attended his camps gushing about his power like this. And don't forget that fighters like Shannon Taylor, Kofi Jantuah, Miranda (although Abe was fighting with a terrible jaw injury for much of it), and Lajun Simon all lasted the full 12 round distance against Abraham in title fights and I can't see any of those guys lasting the distance against Golovkin, Simon didn't even make it out of the first round against Golovkin. He was knocked silly by a single left hand in a couple of minutes.

'Ola Afolabi said to Sky Ringside “I think it’s going to be a knockout. The guy [Golovkin] hits incredibly hard. I’ve been in the ring with heavyweights, cruiserweights, light heavyweights, and I get in the ring with this kid and every time he hits me, I say whoa''

Ryan Coyne (former CW now LHW)

''He’s a f__king beast,” said Coyne, a 20-0 cruiserweight prospect who has recently dropped down to light heavyweight. “He’s been running guys out of here. Nobody under 175 pounds will spar with him.''

“I’ve sparred with heavyweights who can punch, including Mariusz Wach and Mike Perez, nobody has hit me as hard as Golovkin. His power is out of this world.”

''I spent my summer up in Big Bear training with Gennady Golovkin who is emerging as the most murderous puncher in the boxing. I watched former champions, light heavies, cruisers, and even heavies get sent home.''

    David Imoesiri HW

“The dude can hit, I’m still getting used to it,” said Imoesiri, who like Coyne, is delightfully bright and articulate. “It’s crazy. I sparred with [undefeated WBA heavyweight beltholder] Alexander Povetkin and he never hurt me like this guy.''

“I must have done 50 rounds while in camp with Povetkin and it was three and half weeks before he hit me with something that made me hold on. With Golovkin I was ready to get out of the ring 45 seconds into our first round of sparring. He hit me with two lefts to the body in the identical spot and had me doubled over. I got through it but it’s hard to defend against 6-inch punches with that much pop. He backs me into a corner with just a jab.

“And it seems like he does it effortlessly.”

"The guy hits like a hammer.

"I have never felt that type of power anywhere, not in sparring or anywhere."

One of the big differences separating Golovkin and Froch for me is that Gololvkin understands his situation whereas I'm not entirely convinced Froch understands his own one, let alone Golovkin's.

His best English win, sure. Ward's best win is Bad Chad. Crude Froch was never a challenge for Ward.

    Cite?

Seems like you're paraphrasing quite a bit from what I've read. I'd post links to what he actually said but I'm not allowed to post links yet.

Good fight that could go either way but I think Golovkin beats Froch, that's my prediction. Not sure if it will be on points or by KO/TKO, depends on how Froch fights. If Froch tries to keep Golovkin on the end of his jab and outbox him from range on the backfoot like he did vs Abraham and Johnson then I think GGG wins on points. If Froch tries to go to war, attack Golovkin or force him backwards then I think Golovkin wins by stoppage.

Yes I'm well aware of this quote, although what he actually said is a little different to how you've worded it. lol

I don't think Bute has a glass jaw, Bute took shots from Pascal, Miranda, Zuniga, Bika, Andrade, Joppy and to date the only people to hurt Bute have been GGG and Froch. So if you say Bute has a glass jaw then you discredit GGG in your attempt to discredit Froch. As far as Groves goes he took DeGale's shots better than Periban who's got a pretty good chin. There's no real previous evidence that George has a weak chin.

He hurt Kessler worse than any before he hurt Abraham, Pascal was affected, Dirrell wanted none of Froch. Its a pretty silly assessment that because Froch couldn't stop iron chinned fighters that have never been stopped before or after that that should make you question his power. His opponents are borderline impossible to stop.

    GGG on the other hand.
Geale dropped multiple times in his career.
    Rosado stopped and dropped before.
    Stevens had been stopped.
    Macklin had been stopped.
    Rubio had been stopped before.
Ishida had been dropped before once by Rigoberto Alvarez.

Ignoring the fact Golovkin knocked out Bute as an amateur, you obviously didn't see the Andrade fight. Bute got knocked out with five seconds remaining, but the ref incorrectly allowed the bell to save him in the final round.

Read a little bit closer I said the only people to hurt Bute have been GGG and Froch and by discrediting Froch KO win over Bute then that means GGG's win over him means nothing as well, even though they are the only guys to truly hurt him.

And as far as Bute Andrade goes yes in fact I have seen them both of them, the KD in the last round had nothing whatsoever to do with Bute being chinny he was so tired he could barely stand up, he was just badly gassed.

Wow Frochs resume demolishes GGGs the comp is on another level but the GGG nut huggers are giving GGG the edge because of his performances over weaker comp. Uh oh Frochs not knocking everyone out at an elite level but GGG is going to destroy him because he beat Martin Murray who couldn't get a belt from an old Sturm and a crippled Martinez......

Hmmm. Froch an accomplished SMW or weight drained Chad who was getting dropped by sparring partners leading up to the fight. The same Chad Dawson whose best win is an old man and was beat by Jean Pascal who Froch beat. Yea GTFO. The same Chad who was ktfo in 1 by Adonis Stevenson.
