Decent fight, Groves will be ahead on the cards and then Froch will come on really strong in the later rounds and stop him.

pretty much my thoughts, Froch stoppage in 10,11,12. Groves is a much more skilled boxer and can bang a bit but its a year to early for him.

The froch groves fight is a good one. Still I think it's abit early for Groves but still he get's ALOT of credidt for acually wanting to fight one of the best there is in the sport.

    Can't wait for it.

Agree with most of the other posts. Too early for Groves, but nice to see someone hungry and willing to step up. Froch will take his shots for a bit then eat him up, I think, Groves still lets himself get dragged into trading far to easily.

Interesting fight. Groves has a lot of ability and can punch with either fist, also can go to the trenches when needed. Fight reminds me in some ways to fury vs haye. Could be a coming of age fight or worst case froch could seriously do damage to groves career, a brutal beatdown.

I am going to go out on a limb and say Groves UD

Props to groves for not waiting for froch to get even older.

Where the proof this fight is happening?

Groves is a gamey boy with lots of skill and heart. He will be one of Britains great super middleweights no doubt, this fight may be a little too soon but I think he will reach Froch's level one day.

Great to see him wanting the fight and although my money would be on Froch for the late stoppage I wouldn't rule out Groves on points. He's definitely going to give Froch some problems in this fight and with the fact he's young and always improving who knows? Maybe he could pull out a decision.

It's a good fight and one I'll look forward to.

  9. Depends on the shape of the Pole in this fight.
If he eats too much greasy Polish sausages and other unhealthy stuff, Grove has a good chance to win.
I think, Froch will take him too lightly.

T.K.O victory by Grove in round 9

When I look at both fighter I just think that Groove might give him a boxing clinic. But then again, comparing Froch with most boxer and someone might get to that conclusion. The thing is, Froch doesnt win with his boxing skills, but with hart, will an akward style and a granit chin.

Froggy deserves a domestic scrap after the sheer number of top opponents.
    Froch wide UD.

And yes, I know Grover is supposed to be "world level".

It really is an interesting matchup, and to be honest, it's quite a bold move on Froch's part to take this fight. I'm not saying Groves is going to win, but it's high risk vs low reward.

i disagree with comparin the fights as there is no way in a million years fury is techincally world level fighter, his size has got him there,if he was 6 ft he wunt be in top 50.

in groves case he is technically up there and will be elite.
