I am thinking of getting tickets to this fight and it will be my first big boxing event but this is all dependent on the price of the tickets.... My query is what sort of price do you think the tickets will be going for? If rumors are to be believed and it is indeed at Wembley, surely that would mean tickets will have to be cheap in order to get close to a sell out? But then again the booking fee for a stadium such as Wembley is ASTONOMICAL so i'm sure Hearn will be wanting to maximise profits. Thanks in advance :good
I reckon you won't be far off with those prices, just because they can sell 90,000 tickets doesn't mean they'll be cheaper than any arena show, Wembley must cost an absolute fortune to hire compared to an arena too? I would imagine the FA who whoever owns the stadium would want Wembley to host this though, huge bonus payday for them!
I think staying in with a few mates watching on PPV might be my choice... Having been to Wembley numerous times for football matches I just cannot imagine the majority of the seats being suitable for boxing........ Especially those in my price range..
Boxing in big arenas is pointless beyond belief. More than happy to pay the PPV and get pals around. Absolute best seat in the house.
Without wishing to condone apathy, trying to spite Eddie by not getting a ticket is pointless, this is essentially a casuals wet dream....2 known British boxers with needle FIGHTING @ WEMBLEY. I've already had a few texts from people who don't follow boxing asking me if I'm down for going...Eddie's gonna be rolling in it!
True but I think he may literally replace the furniture in his house with giant wads of cash after this fight
I'm hoping there will be an amount somewhere between 100 and 200. 100 could still be crappy view for the money whilst 200 is too much.....
