I heard the date got moved to June mate. From what I know, it's not going to happen on May 21st. If it did, then there was a good chance of it being part of the D/C PPV.

 

Ah OK cheers, heard it may be moved but didn't know that was certain yet? Surely Sky wouldn't decide until it was a certainty i.e. they have a venue?

 

The British have more respect for him as a whole after his Maidana fight. This'll be at primetime, not at 4 in the morning. It's an England Vs Ireland fight. I'm pretty sure with the rivarly, it'll be a big fight come fight night.

The way tickets went on the first day suggests the interest. I personally think it'll be Amir's highest selling PPV thus far. Not to mention it being the first PPV of the year.

Froch is not a star but he should be, he's the best British boxer out there and SKY dont want anything to do with him.

If Sky want to help boxing get back on its feet, which Adam Smith was supposed to be doing, get the best british boxers on there for the british fans.

We fans dont give a toss how much money SKY make or not we just want to see the best fighter's and fights...

 

Clev fight should be free and so should froch. Not many casuals will buy a froch ppv shoen at 2am.

 

I bet you would find a way of justifying Khan vs anyone on PPV. Seriously mate im a Khan fan and have nothing against you, really appreciate what you bring to this forum but it seems like you would defend Khan no matter what the subject is.

 

That's why I thought that this may be untrue, because as of now, no date and no venue has been decided, so I don't know on what terms they've rejected this on, because we haven't really seen a reason behind it.

Hopefully something emerges.

 

It's not a PPV show anyway. I take it Hennessey will be putting on one of his wank undercards so what's to sell, Froch against old man Johnson?

Froch would do well just to get this on normal Sky, let Sky hype the tits off it and show the tournament so far and more people will get into it and be willing to buy the final on PPV.
