    Froch never did get the planned farewell fight after Groves. If Pascal had been able to hold on to the light heavyweight championship he took from Chad instead of more or less immediately losing it to Hopkins, Pascal-Froch II for that 175 crown would've been a good one for Carl to bow out on.
