Froch vs Pavlik in 18 months Who wins

Middleweights are simply too small for a huge Super Middle like Froch eg Taylor, Abraham.

Froch beats any version of Pavilk. Pavilk is a puncher and Froch's chin is rock solid. It'll take a bigger man than a middleweight to KO Froch

 

Good annalysis. 'IF' Pavlik were to get it together I think it would be a great fight ending how you say, but I doubt highly Pavlik will return to the ring. And if he does he will be nothing like the Jermain Taylor days, he just doesn't have the hunger anymore...

 

18 months is a long, long time in boxing. We have absolutely no clue what either man will be doing in 18 months.

 

I got Froch by late tko cause umm he's a legit 168 pound fighter with a better underrated jab then Pavlik. Sure booradley or the rest might say "Pavlik ko Taylor alot earlier then Froch did." But guess what? Pavlik ko Taylor at mw while Pavlik beat Taylor in the rematch in a close fight at smw catchweight. Froch Ko Taylor at smw. So advantage? Easily Froch.

 

Kelly Pavlik hasn't fought in how long?The last time he fought,he was handily beaten by everyone's favorite Maradona fan.And when was the last time he fought before that?He peaked when he blasted out Jermaine.His time is past.

 

we'll see where kelly is in 18 months. if he's not drinking he may very well be at mw and carl sounds like he has designs on lhw.

 

In 18 months, I don't know where both fighters will be, so I can't make a prediction. If they had to fight now, I would favor Froch. If he fights like he did vs AA, he gets a wide UD. If he gets drawn in a war, I would still favor him in a close decision.
