Whatever you say,let me point out that i'm no ppv/cable boxing fan,i've been involved in the sport as a fighter and trainer (amateur) since before most on here were born.I make nothing up and have never been guilty of being taken in by the hype and bull**** surrounding some high profile fighters.I say what i see,and feel qualified enough to give an OPINION based on my observations.Everytime Kelly fights and has a below par performance him and his team cry injury/illness.As for the "snot" i wipe snot from fighters faces 3 evenings a week, are they all suffering from a "bronchial condition" or is it "Pavitis" ?? Please enlighten "us who know nothing" as to the source's of Pavliks well documented injuries/illness's ? and please dont quote from what you've read or heard through the media,if you know anything about this sport you'll be aware that its controlled by money, politics and deceipt.

Hey i respect everyones opinion, but i dont always agree.I know the majority of posters think Pavlik is the better fighter, but that doesn't mean that its fact.To answer the points you've raised id say 1, The Pavlik power advantage is questionable at best,he may have finished Taylor faster and more spectacularly than Froch did,but Taylor was gassing after the 3rd round and i genuinely believe Pavlik to be the best 160 fighter in the sport at this time,Froch v Pavlik wont be fought at 160. 2, Pavlik has power, but i dont believe he'll have the power at 168 to break Frochs heart and this is the only way i see Pavlik beating Froch.Pavlik beat Taylor and Miranda by catching them continually with the same combination,in fact i was surprised that Taylor didn't seem able to learn from it. 3, Only a fool would compare Froch to BHop,they are different animals.Froch isn't slick, and doesn't have great footwork,(neither has Miranda and he caught Pavlik many times) but he's awkward and can box when he decides to.Froch knows Pavlik can punch and i'd be very surprised to see Froch adopt his usual pose in the early rounds, more likely he'll be more orthodox and use his jab to feel his way in.Froch appears cumbersome and slow when throwing his big shots, some say he telegraphs them so openly he wouldn't be able to catch Pavlik cleanly ? but the fight game is/has and always will be littered with fighters who dont seem to have speed or snap in there punches, but seem to have concussive power and stop many opponents. There is no right and wrong way to box/fight,how could there be ? everyone is a different size/shape so a short stocky fighter is very unlikely to replicate the movement of a tall lean fighter,or vice versa.I don't think Froch will ever be a text book fighter, but he's effective.I think a slick fighter with good movement, good stamina,a chin and decent pop would cause Froch nightmares, you'd hardly describe Pavlik in that way ?
Always a pleasure having an adult debate/disscussion with you Dbouziane :good
